Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with 6+ years in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation experience.
• Understanding of South African corporate law and commercial regulations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Advise on corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Provide legal support for business transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Conduct legal research on corporate and commercial law issues relevant to the business.
• Manage and resolve legal disputes and claims effectively.
