• Admission to practice as an Attorney or Advocate in South Africa.
• Up to 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memos on various topics relevant to the business.
• Support senior counsel in managing corporate compliance and governance matters.
• Help maintain corporate records and ensure timely filings with regulatory bodies.
