Qualifications

• LLB degree from a recognized university.
• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with Fidelity Fund Certificate.
• Strong academic record and a passion for commercial law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide legal advice to clients under supervision.
• Support due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
• Prepare opinions and memoranda.
• Manage client communications and relationships.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Assist with court filings as required.
• Stay updated on developments in commercial law.
• Contribute to knowledge base and training initiatives.
