Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including service agreements, supply contracts, and partnership deeds.
• Conduct thorough legal research on relevant statutes, case law, and regulatory requirements affecting commercial entities.
• Provide legal advice to clients on a variety of commercial law matters, under supervision.
• Support the due diligence process for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and other legal documentation.
• Manage client communications and maintain positive relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Assist with the preparation of court documents or other filings as required.

Requirements

• Admission as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate.
