Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate communications, PR, or related field with strategic focus.
• Proven ability to develop and execute complex comms plans, incl. crisis comms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and stakeholder skills.
• Master's degree in Communications, PR, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated corporate communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage internal communications to inform, engage, and align employees with company values.
• Oversee external communications, including media relations, press releases, crisis comms, and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and maintain key messaging frameworks ensuring consistency across channels.
• Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, providing strategic counsel and proactive responses.
• Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
