Traveling with Mich is seeking a motivated Client Experience & Planning Advisor to join our remote team. This part-time role focuses on client communication, planning, scheduling, and customer support from first contact through follow-up.

You will communicate with clients, understand their needs, coordinate services, maintain client records, and follow up to ensure a seamless, professional experience. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating client requests.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
