We are looking for a motivated and organized Client Experience & Planning Advisor to join our remote team and help provide an outstanding experience from the initial client interaction through follow-up.

About the Role

This is a part-time remote position focused on client communication, planning, scheduling, and customer support.

The Client Experience & Planning Advisor will communicate with clients, understand their needs, coordinate requested services, maintain accurate client information, follow up on inquiries, and help ensure that each client receives attentive and professional service.
