About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize chemical processes, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct process simulations and modeling to predict performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Troubleshoot process issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and project management, to achieve project goals.
• Prepare technical documentation, including operating procedures, process descriptions, and reports.
• Participate in process safety reviews and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Support the scale-up of processes from laboratory or pilot scale to commercial production.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing manufacturing processes.

Requirements
