You will oversee project planning, data analysis, literature reviews, and academic writing, upholding scholarly standards and ethical research while coordinating with industry partners where needed.

Qualifications

• PhD in Business Informatics, Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is essential.
• Experience supervising postgraduate students or providing research guidance.
• Experience in applied research, consulting, or industry projects is desirable.
• Familiarity with research methodologies and academic writing is required.
• Strong mentoring, coaching and feedback skills with excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise postgraduate students, providing weekly structured academic guidance and support.
• Lead capstone project planning, scope definition, milestones and overall progress tracking.
• Support students in research design, literature review, methodology, data analysis and academic writing.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback on drafts, reports and assessments to ensure postgraduate standards.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and intervene with additional support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with academic integrity, ethical research practice and inclusive supervision, liaising with industry partners where applicable.
