Yoobee Colleges in Auckland is seeking a passionate Team Leader – Student Achievement to lead the student achievement and pastoral support function across our Masters portfolio. You will manage Teaching Assistants and a growing Student Success team, shaping engagement, wellbeing, retention, progression and achievement.

You will partner with the Team Leader – Masters to coordinate support, use data to identify trends and ensure timely interventions, while strengthening systems and an inclusive

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading, developing and building capability within dynamic teams.
• Ability to set clear expectations, drive accountability and deliver outcomes.
• Comfort with data, trends and feedback to improve student support.
• Experience in student support, pastoral care or learner success is valuable.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Teaching Assistants and Student Success Advisors.
• Drive team performance and accountability to achieve outcomes.
• Oversee ongoing development of systems, processes and frameworks for student support.
• Coordinate student support, interventions and achievement initiatives with other leaders.
• Monitor key indicators (attendance, engagement, retention, progression, completion) and report findings.
• Identify at-risk students and implement timely interventions.
