Role involves rotating rosters and a comprehensive training programme, with shift work and a 40-hour pay framework.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating over the phone/email with people from different backgrounds.
• Great critical thinking, and problem solving with sound judgement.
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to multi-task.
