Job summary

Fitness Passport is seeking a curious, resilient Business Development Representative to help grow our NZ footprint. You’ll target employers, reach out to HR and wellbeing leaders, and qualify opportunities to drive new facility partnerships across New Zealand.

You’ll work in a small NZ team, with room to grow, handling inbound leads and expanding our network of gyms and wellness facilities while maintaining accurate Salesforce records.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development with a customer-facing focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with business owners and senior stakeholders.
• Strong research skills to identify target employers and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target employers that fit the ideal customer profile.
• Initiate conversations via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to book discovery meetings.
• Qualify opportunities with clear notes on wellbeing priorities and decision processes.
• Grow the facility network by reaching out to gym owners and managers.
• Maintain Salesforce with accurate market feedback for cross-team sharing.
