The role requires strong relationship-building skills, solid lending and credit assessment capabilities, and the ability to analyse business financials.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Banking or Commercial Banking.
• Strong lending and credit assessment capability.
• Ability to analyse financial information and build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strong relationships with business customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored banking and lending solutions.
• Prepare high quality credit submissions and lending recommendations.
• Grow and retain a portfolio through proactive customer engagement.
• Collaborate with specialist partners across Westpac to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
• Contribute to business growth through balance sheet growth and market share opportunities.
• Champion exceptional customer experiences and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strong risk disciplines and ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
