Job summary

Bupa's Cashmere Care Home in Christchurch is seeking a Registered Nurse on a fixed-term Full Time contract until 14 June 2026. The role covers 32 hours per week with afternoon shifts (2:45pm–11:15pm) and a 4-on 2-off roster, at a 103-bed facility offering rest home, hospital, psychogeriatric and short-stay care.

You will need a current Nursing Council of NZ annual practising certificate, preferably NZ aged care experience, and strong skills in care planning, documentation, and collaboration with

• Current Nursing Council of New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate.
• NZ aged care experience preferred; other RN backgrounds considered.
• Demonstrated improvements in care plans, assessments and documentation quality.
• Communicates effectively with residents, whānau, teams and providers.
• Maintains clinical standards, accurate documentation and quality improvement.
• Confident using clinical systems, records and reporting tools.

Cashmere Care Home is a 103-bed care home providing rest home, hospital, psychogeriatric, and short stay care. This means you'll have the opportunity to build your clinical expertise across multiple care settings while developing strong relationships with residents and their whānau.

• Employment Type: Fixed Term Full Time until 14 June 2027
• Shift Time: Afternoon shifts from 2:45pm to 11:15pm
• Roster Pattern: 4 shifts on, 2 shifts off (6-weekly roster across Monday - Sunday)

What you’ll need to make it possible
