Bupa Rossendale Care Home in Enderley, Hamilton is seeking a Unit Coordinator for the psychogeriatric unit. You will lead eight-strong teams of carers and nurses, deliver person-centred clinical care, and conduct medication rounds while ensuring accurate care plans and documentation.
You will mentor staff, participate in audits, and support continuous quality improvement across the unit. This permanent, full-time role offers a Monday–Friday pattern and 40 hours per week.
