Job summary

Arvida Group is seeking a casual Registered Nurse to lead, supervise, and guide the care team in delivering resident-focused services across departments. You will ensure medical instructions and procedures are correctly administered, documented, and monitored with a proactive, person-centred approach, communicating effectively with residents and families.

You will be responsible for leading, supervising, and guiding other members of the team, and ensuring medical instructions and procedures are correctly administered, documented, and monitored. Each day you will be providing a proactive and person-centric service by communicating with residents and family and participating in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.

We are looking for a casual superstar that is flexible to work a range of hours and departments.
