Job summary

Stellar Recruitment is seeking a Registered Electrician to join a tight-knit crew on a variety of projects in Canterbury. From commercial fit-outs to residential service and renovation work, fault finding, data cabling, and HVAC, you will work across diverse job sites.

You must hold NZ Practising Licence and a full NZ Driver Licence, with strong fault-finding skills and basic installation experience. Newly qualified electricians are encouraged to apply, with long-term opportunities and autonomy.

Qualifications

• NZ Registered Electrician with a current Practising Licence.
• Full New Zealand Driver Licence required.
• Strong testing and fault-finding knowledge.
• Basic electrical installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installations across commercial fit-out projects.
• Perform fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and commercial systems.
• Conduct electrical testing, inspection, and commissioning activities.
• Install and terminate data cabling systems.
• Fault finding and responding to breakdowns.
• Cable pulling, fit-offs, and lighting installations.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
