Job summary

Williams Hickman Electrical in Christchurch, South Island, is seeking a skilled NZ Registered Electrician for a commercial and industrial servicing role. You’ll work closely with the owner in a small, hands-on team across planned maintenance, fault finding, and installations, with high autonomy and no micro-management.

You’ll service local businesses and machinery, require a valid NZ practising licence, at least 5 years post-apprenticeship experience, a reliable approach, and a provisioned work

Qualifications

• NZ Registered Electrician with a current practising licence.
• At least 5 years of post-apprenticeship experience in commercial/industrial sectors.
• Reliable.
• Have a basic list of tools and test gear.
• Hold a clean, valid NZ driver's licence.
• Able to pass strict police vetting and regular pre-employment drug screening.
• Fully provisioned work vehicle supplied for work and commuting.
