UPL Limited seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Lower North Island, based in Napier/Hastings. You will lead regional sales efforts, manage distributor networks, and drive revenue growth while delivering farmer-centric value.

The role reports to the Head of Sales and requires strong relationship-building, market insights, and tactical execution across crop protection, biology products, and niche nutrition portfolios.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with UPL retail customers through regular contact in the assigned territory
• Proactively manage the territory to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Engage key stakeholders across the territory to grow awareness for UPL and its products
• Provide regular feedback to the Head of Sales on market conditions and pricing dynamics
• Own forecasting accuracy for the regional sales team and ensure timely inputs
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts to track performance and growth opportunities
• Develop UPL brand preference with retailers and position UPL products in tender processes
• Partner with customer service to deliver best-in-class service to retailers
• Provide high-quality technical support and agronomic advice across the territory
• Drive regional sales targets across crop protection, biologicals, adjuvants, and nutrition portfolios
• Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with national objectives
• Monitor sales metrics and take proactive corrective actions
