Job summary

Advanced Security, based in Auckland, is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the Upper North Island operation. You will take ownership of regional performance, profitability, operational excellence, customer satisfaction and strategic growth across service, projects, sales and administration.

You will inherit an established team of about 55 staff and focus on driving performance, productivity and sustainable growth in a dynamic security services business.

• Proven senior leadership experience in large, service-based businesses.
• Hands-on P&L responsibility and strong commercial acumen.
• Experience overseeing operations, projects, service delivery and teams.
