Reporting to the CEO, you will shape the next chapter for Southland with hands-on leadership and strategic execution.

You will drive sustainable growth, coach agronomists, and maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and operational excellence while representing the company at events and in the community.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage senior teams.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain key client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance of the Southland region with a focus on commercial outcomes and client service.
• Strengthen existing client relationships and identify opportunities to add value.
• Drive sustainable growth, manage pipeline for future opportunities, and balance volume with margin.
• Develop and support a high-performing regional team with coaching and resources.
• Contribute to regional strategy and report regularly to the CEO.
