Qualifications

Proven Leadership: Demonstrated history of leading with purpose, care, and authenticity.
Retail Operations Experience across diverse retail settings.
Digital Savvy in digitally advanced, commercially oriented organizations.
Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation including on-call arrangements.

Responsibilities

Provide engaging leadership of region, including coaching and developing partners, store managers and their teams.
Drive safety culture and zero-harm through bp Safety Leadership Principles.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for COCO sites and oversee performance frameworks.
Deliver regional profitability by meeting KPIs and scorecard targets.
