Job summary

Bapcor New Zealand is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our Auckland branch. You’ll be the right-hand to the Branch Manager, overseeing daily operations, supporting a diverse team, and delivering strong commercial results.

You’ll lead customer service, warehouse and delivery activities, promote a safe, efficient, and customer‑focused environment, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive business growth across NZ, Australia and Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus).
• Basic Excel skills are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
