Job summary

This hands‑on role carries full P&L accountability, oversees operations, inventory, and service standards, and requires building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Strong sales focus with the ability to grow business.
• Solid financial and commercial acumen (P&L experience).
• Background in welding, engineering, or mechanical industries (preferred).
• Passion for safety, customer service and team development.
