The Department of Corrections NZ is seeking a proactive administrator to support three teams from our Wellington base. Your role will include processing invoices in SAP, plus a range of tasks such as surveys, Excel reporting, PowerPoint, SharePoint document management, travel bookings and general admin duties.

You will work across the National Office teams and Trentham as needed, with a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices using SAP financial modules.
  • Run surveys and design Excel reports; create PowerPoint presentations.
  • Manage documents on SharePoint and handle travel and accommodation bookings.
  • Provide general administration support across three teams.
  • Assist with staff onboarding and procurement tasks, including vendor requests.
  • Update intranet pages and coordinate meetings and room bookings.

# Regional Administrator## About this role* **Fixed-term contract until 30 June, 2027*** **Monday to Friday hours*** **Support across two teams - mainly based in Wellington CBD****M****ō** **te t****ū****nga | About the role**We are looking for a proactive and competent administration superstar to join our Offender Employment Administration Team, Executive Service Team as well as our Legal Services Team.While a large part of your role will be processing invoices using the department's SAP financial modules, you will also undertake a variety of tasks including running surveys, excel reporting design, PowerPoint presentations, document management on SharePoint, travel and accommodation bookings and a variety of other general administration tasks.***Important information for this role:*** *Your role will work across three teams, two of these teams is based in our National Office in Wellington Central, and the other is based at our Regional Administration Building in Trentham.
