You'll be the first point of contact for staff and visitors, delivering a professional and welcoming experience every time.Your responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting staff with their day-to-day needs. This is a role where efficiency, organisation, and customer service are front and centre, with a focus on delivering excellent results and customer satisfaction.Based in Wellington at our National Office, this full-time role offers standard business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through to Friday.**Mōu | About you**We're looking for an experienced receptionist or administrator who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and is excited to make a positive first impression on behalf of Ara Poutama Aotearoa. You'll bring energy, a proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for providing support to others.**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**To succeed in this role, you will bring:* Reception, administration or call centre experience.* Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems.* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.* Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.* A proactive and independent approach to work.* Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.**Utu ā-tau | Salary**The mid point of the salary range is $66,557 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $60,216 - $79,869 per annum.
