Job summary

About the Role

Te Whatu Ora Taranaki is seeking the services of a Surgical Referrals and Booking Lead to work in our department at Taranaki Base Hospital. You would be working as part of a dynamic team within the Surgical Booking Office responsible for:

• Operational Management of the Booking Office
• Management of the Booking Office team
• Clinic and Theatre Scheduling
• Meetings
• Close working relationship with Consultants and Registrars
• Excellent working knowledge of Hospital Administration screens

About you

Desirable skills would include working knowledge of Webpas / IBA and Concerto patient systems. Ideally you would have previous Health Administration experience.
