Qualifications

Chartered Accountant qualified with senior financial management experience.
7+ years’ experience supporting large capital programs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to identify, collect, organise and analyse complex data for decision-making.

Responsibilities

Lead financial oversight of Construction projects.
Monitor budgets, forecasts at completion, commitments and cost-to-complete estimates.
Identify cost risks, overruns and financial exposures; provide early warnings.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and capitalisation policies.
Support adherence to project governance frameworks.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems and reporting.
Lead month-end, quarterly and annual planning cycles.
