Lead the financial success of major redevelopment projects Influence key decisions through commercial insight and strategic advice 12 Month fixed term or secondment opportunity Te whiwhinga mahi - Our opportunity We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Commercial Manager Redevelopment to provide financial governance, analysis and project accounting oversight for all operational and capital expenditure relating to Redevelopment Construction projects. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality financial insights, supporting decision-making, leading forecasting and budgeting processes, and identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor to our Construction Delivery teams and work closely with the wider Finance teams to ensure Project financials are well understood and right controls are in place.
