Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities is seeking a Commercial Manager Redevelopment to provide financial governance, analysis and project accounting oversight for major redevelopment projects in Auckland. The role partners with Construction Delivery teams to ensure strong financial controls and insightful reporting.
You will drive forecasting, budgeting and cost management while identifying opportunities to improve project outcomes.
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Commercial Manager Redevelopment to provide financial governance, analysis and project accounting oversight for all operational and capital expenditure relating to Redevelopment Construction projects.
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality financial insights, supporting decision-making, leading forecasting and budgeting processes, and identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes.
You will act as a trusted advisor to our Construction Delivery teams and work closely with the wider Finance teams to ensure Project financials are well understood and right controls are in place.
You are a commercially minded finance professional with strong business partnering skills and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
