Job summary

Rice & Co is seeking a proven leader to head its Auckland Business Support desk. The role spans a full 360 desk—office support, admin, EA/PA, reception and operations—across a well-established NZ-owned agency known for quality service and loyal client relationships.

You will coach consultants, expand the temp workforce, win new business, and influence broader strategy with the leadership team as the desk scales.

Qualifications

• Proven billing track record in Business Support or related market.
• Leadership or mentoring experience, or clear drive to step up.
• Strong perm and temp desk management experience.
• Established Auckland network and drive to grow it.
