Rice & Co is seeking a Senior Tech Recruiter to own and grow key SaaS and digital client relationships across New Zealand and occasionally beyond. You will write compelling proposals, respond to briefs, and deliver high-quality talent solutions in partnership with a strong delivery team.

The role offers autonomy, a diverse client portfolio, and a transparent commission structure. Ideal candidates are senior recruiters with deep client-facing experience, skilled at RFPs, pitches, and solving

They're looking for a Senior Consultant who can take ownership of both new and existing clients, someone confident owning the full relationship, writing winning RFPs, and working closely with a strong delivery team that consistently delivers.
