Kirimana is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to focus exclusively on permanent recruitment from our Auckland office, taking ownership of an established portfolio and developing your specialist market across construction management and professional services.

You will work with clients ranging from specialist contractors through to established national businesses, recruiting professional, technical and management-level positions across New Zealand.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established permanent recruitment portfolio while developing your own specialist market across construction management and professional services.

You’ll work with clients ranging from specialist contractors through to established national businesses, recruiting professional, technical and management-level positions across New Zealand.

We’re looking for someone who understands that successful permanent recruitment is built around market knowledge, relationships and proactive search. You’ll need to understand your clients’ businesses, know where good candidates sit within the market and be confident approaching both.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll manage the complete permanent recruitment process while building a specialist desk and developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
