You will manage end-to-end recruitment, develop client relationships, build candidate pipelines and hit targets through proactive sales and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience or strong sales background.
• Solid understanding of sales processes and a consultative approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and gross profit targets
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking and referrals; maintain a strong pipeline
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job briefs, shortlisting, interviewing, offers and onboarding support
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships; act as primary point of contact for key accounts
• Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities and create tailored recruitment solutions
• Attend industry events and proactively network to grow business and candidate reach
• Report on sales pipeline health and forecast revenue; meet agreed KPIs
• Lead by example on health & safety and contribute to a collaborative team environment
