This is a platform to build your own little empire.An average working week will be - building market presence,focusing on key stakeholders and their staffing needs, sourcing new talent, and the odd banging on doors/the odd ad chasing and whatever else as seen as vital to growing your desk. The key to this role is a proven background in growing a desk and strong recruitment experience in sourcing ,recruiting and delivery. At the end of the day it is all about being creditable and capable when it comes to getting the job done. Knowing and managing the challenges that come your way in an effective manner.
