About the role

Do you have a passion for developing relationships with clients; strong organizational skills and an understanding of what it takes to be a strong administrator; customer service guru or you may work in a finance or supportive team role.

Running a Temp Desk really requires you to know the job types and love working with clients to solve their resourcing problems.
At Beyond you will run a hybrid desk helping clients with both Temp needs and permanent recruitment.

Have you had experience in Pre-sales, Sales, Customer support and/or office management and you are ready to work with clients looking for temporary or permanent resources and join the recruitment industry?

The Opportunity

In this role, you'll have a portfolio of clients and candidates, build strong commercial relationships, and drive new business opportunities across a group of clients (Temporary and Permanent). No two days are the same, you'll be problem-solving, networking, pitching, and partnering with some of the most exciting companies.

You will:

• Build and manage a pipeline of clients
