Advanced Personnel Services in Hamilton is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a busy, high-performing team. You will manage and grow client relationships, source and interview candidates, and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.

This genuine 360 role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys networking, and is commercially minded. You will work toward KPIs with ongoing training, career development, and a supportive team with autonomy.

Advanced Personnel has been connecting great people with great businesses for nearly 40 years, and our Hamilton branch continues to grow. We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a busy, high-performing team where no two days are the same.

This is a genuine 360-Recruitment role where you'll work on all parts of the candidate and client processes from start to finish, focused on building client relationships, sourcing quality candidates, and growing your desk. It suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is commercially-minded, and thrives on building strong relationships.

The Role:

• Managing and growing client relationships across your portfolio
• Developing new business opportunities and building your network

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process

• Keeping communication strong with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
