Job summary

ATT in Auckland is seeking an energetic Recruitment Consultant to connect motivated school-leavers with Traineeship and Apprenticeship opportunities. You will own the candidate pipeline from start to finish, source top-tier talent, and drive hiring across Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Labour Hire and Permanent Recruitment, partnering with Host Employers to place candidates quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Proactive recruiter with initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates for traineeships or apprenticeships is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with host employers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own the candidate pipeline from intake to placement.
• Source top-tier talent for Apprenticeships and Traineeships.
• Meet or exceed hiring targets across Labour Hire and Permanent recruitment.
• Collaborate with Apprentice and Employment Consultants and Host Employers to place candidates efficiently.

Make this role completely your own. As a high-energy Auckland-based Recruitment Consultant, you will take charge and deliver real results. We are looking for a proactive go-getter who can own the candidate pipeline from start to finish—thinking outside the box to source top-tier talent and smash hiring targets across Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Labour Hire and Permanent Recruitment,

Partnering closely with our Apprentice and Employment Consultants and Host Employers, you will bridge the gap between motivated individuals and great businesses in the rewarding Traineeship and Apprenticeship sector.

This role needs someone who thrives on building community connections, identifying great talent (often school-leaver candidates with minimal experience but great potential), and you will need to love to move at a fast pace, with loads of energy to deliver and solve the plethora of fun challenges each day!
