Job summary

IntoWork is seeking an energetic Recruitment Consultant in Auckland to connect motivated talent with Traineeship and Apprenticeship opportunities. You will own the candidate pipeline from start to finish—sourcing top-tier talent and driving hiring targets across Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Labour Hire and Permanent Recruitment.

You will partner with Apprentice and Employment Consultants and Host Employers to bridge the gap between motivated individuals and great businesses in the Traineeship

• Candidate sourcing and end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the candidate pipeline from start to finish for Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Labour Hire and Permanent Recruitment.
• Source top-tier talent and smash hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with Apprentice and Employment Consultants and Host Employers to bridge the gap between candidates and businesses.
• Build community connections to identify great talent, often school-leavers with strong potential.
