Job summary

IntoWork is seeking an energetic Recruitment Consultant in Auckland to connect motivated talent with Traineeship and Apprenticeship opportunities. You will own the candidate pipeline from start to finish—sourcing top-tier talent and driving hiring targets across Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Labour Hire and Permanent Recruitment.

You will partner with Apprentice and Employment Consultants and Host Employers to bridge the gap between motivated individuals and great businesses in the Traineeship

• Partner with Apprentice and Employment Consultants and Host Employers to bridge the gap between candidates and businesses.
• Build community connections to identify great talent, often school-leavers with strong potential.

We are looking for a proactive go-getter who can own the candidate pipeline from start to finish—thinking outside the box to source top-tier talent and smash hiring targets across Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Labour Hire and Permanent Recruitment,

Partnering closely with our Apprentice and Employment Consultants and Host Employers, you will bridge the gap between motivated individuals and great businesses in the rewarding Traineeship and Apprenticeship sector.

This role needs someone who thrives on building community connections, identifying great talent (often school-leaver candidates with minimal experience but great potential), and you will need to love to move at a fast pace, with loads of energy to deliver and solve the plethora of fun challenges each day!
