Les Mills Britomart is seeking an on-to-it Receptionist to welcome our members and support growth. You’ll be the face of Les Mills, delivering high-standards service and contributing to membership retention.

Key duties include reception tasks while enrolling new prospects and supporting basic sales in a dynamic team. This part-time role covers shifts across the week, including weekends and evenings, with opportunities to take Duty Manager responsibilities if needed.

Formación

• This role requires experience in a similar reception position and the ability to cover Duty Manager shifts if required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer‑facing mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a neat, professional appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Handle reception duties and greet members as the first point of contact.
• Engage in enrolling new prospects and contribute to membership growth.
• May cover Duty Manager shifts and responsibilities when needed.
