Job summary

Les Mills in Wellington/Hutt City is seeking a Senior Member Services Consultant to join our Member Services team at our Hutt City office. You will deliver outstanding service to our 50,000+ members by phone and email, guide and support other consultants, and proactively resolve member inquiries.

You will bring excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and a calm, detail‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; well-spoken English is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to investigate member issues.
• Ability to create and negotiate win/win situations.
• Love working with people and stay calm under pressure.
• High accuracy and attention to detail; comfortable with CRM, Excel and Word.
• Own fitness story and passion for health and wellness.

• Provide outstanding service to members by phone and email.
