Job summary

Les Mills Dunedin is seeking a Sales & Reception Manager to lead our friendly front-of-house team and drive new member sign-ups in a fast-paced club environment.

Reporting to the Club Manager, you’ll recruit, train and coach staff, maintain exceptional member experiences, and cover Duty Manager shifts as required. A proven sales and customer service background is essential to succeed here.

Reporting to the Club Manager, you’ll be responsible for achieving ambitious targets for new members on a monthly basis as well as nailing the welcomes, check ins, enquiries, and ‘see you tomorrows’ of all our members.

You’ll lead the Sales and Reception teams; recruiting, training, inspiring, coaching and driving them to succeed.
