Job summary

Oceania invites applications for a full-time Receptionist at our St Johns Wood village in Taupō. You will be the welcoming face of our business, ensuring smooth service delivery and delivering an exceptional experience for residents and guests.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a similar role, strong administration skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You’ll help with accounts payable, petty cash, and supplier interactions while building rapport and respecting residents at all times.

Qualifications

  • Problem-solving when dealing with visitors, contractors, residents and families.
  • Experience with administration, accounts payable, petty cash and supplier management.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.

Our St Johns Wood village in Taupō are looking for a full-time Receptionist to join their dedicated team.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Beingthe welcoming face of our business
  • Ensuring the smooth running of service delivery
  • Delivering an exceptional experience for all residents and guests
  • Delivering professional customer service and administrative assistancein a style that brings calm to a busy environment.
What you’ll bring:
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar position
  • An ability toproblem solve effectively as you will be dealing with all manner of people and queries from visitors, contractors, residents and their families
  • Experience with administration, accounts payable, petty cash and suppliers
  • Excellent computer skills.In particular, with the Microsoft suite
  • An ability to build rapport, provide assistanceand treat residents with respect
