Job summary

Oceania Group in Taupo is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our friendly village team. You will be the welcoming face for residents and guests, providing warm, efficient front-desk service and basic administrative support.

This role requires strong communication, Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to manage routine inquiries with calm professionalism in a busy aged-care environment. If you enjoy helping people and contributing to a cohesive team, this is a great place to grow with

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Problem solving when dealing with visitors, contractors, residents and families.
  • Experience with administration, accounts payable, petty cash and suppliers.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft suite.
  • Ability to build rapport and treat residents with respect.

Our St Johns Wood village in Taupö are looking for a full-time Receptionist to join their dedicated team.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Beingthe welcoming face of our business
  • Providing excellent administrative support
  • Ensuring the smooth running of service delivery
  • Delivering an exceptional experience for all residents and guests
  • Delivering professional customer service and administrative assistancein a style that brings calm to a busy environment.
What you’ll bring:
