Franklin Law in Pukekohe, New Zealand, is seeking a proactive receptionist to join our friendly team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will help create a positive and professional experience when visitors walk through our doors or contact our firm.
In this busy, varied role, you will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, coordinate mail, order supplies and support our legal and support teams to keep the office running smoothly.
