You will draft and review complex legal documents, advise on risk mitigation, and represent clients in negotiations and potential disputes, leveraging deep knowledge of property law and strong

Qualifications

• Admitted as an Attorney with a valid license to practice in South Africa.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience specializing in real estate law.
• Comprehensive knowledge of South African property law, conveyancing, and related legislation.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and drafting abilities.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work both independently and collaboratively.
