You will be responsible for building relationships with property owners, investors, and brokers to generate deal flow. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for opportunities and a strong understanding of the Eastern Cape property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential real estate investment opportunities through various channels, including networking, direct outreach, and market research.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective properties, including title searches, environmental assessments, and zoning analysis.
• Analyze property financials, including operating expenses, potential rental income, and projected returns on investment.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and terms with sellers, aiming for mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Prepare detailed acquisition reports and present findings and recommendations to the investment committee.
• Manage relationships with sellers, agents, legal counsel, and other stakeholders throughout the acquisition process.

Requirements
