Job summary

Allied Concrete Invercargill Plant is seeking an experienced Class 4 driver for full-time delivery of ready-mix concrete across the Southland region. Expect early starts between 5am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday, with potential early starts as required.

A friendly crew environment and strict safety policies are part of the role. You will be responsible for loading, transporting and delivering concrete to customers, maintaining vehicle appearance and adhering to safety standards while delivering

Qualifications

Must hold a clean class 4 or 5 driving license.
Commitment to Health & Safety standards.
Experience with Road Ranger gearbox.
Flexible in working hours.
Punctual and reliable.
Physically fit and takes pride in appearance.
Must meet drug and alcohol testing requirements as per policy.

Responsibilities

Loading, unloading and delivering concrete from plants to customers' sites in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure tasks are completed to high standard in line with Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
Maintain customer satisfaction and keep the truck clean and in good working condition.
