Job summary

Allied Concrete Wanaka Plant is hiring a Class 4 driver for a full-time role delivering ready-mix concrete in the Wanaka region. You will join a friendly crew, work through early starts, and ensure safe and timely deliveries to customer sites across the Otago region.

Ideal candidates will hold a current Class 4 or 5 license, be committed to safety, and maintain a clean, well-presented vehicle. Drug and alcohol testing is required during the recruitment process and ongoing employment.

Qualifications

• Clean current class 4 or 5 Drivers License
• Committed to company Health & Safety standards
• Conversant with Road Ranger Gearbox
• Punctual & Reliable
• Physically fit & takes pride in appearance
• Commit to strict Drug & Alcohol policy testing requirements whether it be random, pre-Employment or post Incident

Responsibilities

• Ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard and in accordance with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Timely and efficient loading, unloading and delivery of concrete from plants to customers' sites.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and appropriately represent Allied Concrete by keeping truck clean and in good working condition.
